Customer Service Advisor

Salary £17,678 plus company benefits

Hours - Monday to Friday

We have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients who is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team as a Health Administrator. This is a growing company who has gone from strength to strength during the last year.

Duties Include:

  • Create appointment schedules for health surveillance medicals into clinics and provide full details to the client including confirmation letters.

  • Appropriate diary management for the designated staff

  • Take ownership of scheduling and documentation of client screening plans.

  • Answer queries from clients regarding health surveillance programmes.

  • Prepare full documentation packs for each booking.

  • Work to the agreed Policies and Procedures for Health Surveillance..

  • Update the health surveillance database with the results provided by following health surveillance programmes within the client specific SLAs.

  • Answering and triaging inbound telephone calls within agreed timescales. All voicemail's to be responded to within 6 hours.

  • Administering of medical questionnaires and triage.

  • General admin support to health surveillance team as required
