Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £9.75 to £10.25

Working Hours: 37 hours ongoing temp (there is a permanent role that you can apply for direct)

We have been asked to support our client with an exciting opportunity to join their Customer Service Team.

The position of Customer Services Advisor will be a vital role in improving the overall service user experience by ensuring services are delivered effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensuring a high-quality experience at all service points which leads to an outstanding experience and contributes to key outcomes

  • Supporting the Manager in planning, delivering and monitoring of the Customer Services functions and strategy.

  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints then closing support tickets

  • Maintaining a database of customer information

  • Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary

  • Checking product or service availability

  • Assisting customers with registration or account creation

  • Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the organisation's offerings

Experience and Skills

  • Knowledge and experience of working in within in a customer service related environment

  • A proven track record of delivering service quality and improvements

  • Experience of building effective working relationships

  • A good understanding of Customer Care standards

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
