Adecco have a fantastic opportunity to join a successful company based in central Newbury. Our client is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. The role is working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm and is offering a salary up to £24,000, plus company benefits including free onsite parking and 25 days holiday.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience

Duties include but limited to:

  • Process orders accurately and timely

  • Communicate with customers via email

  • Log and resolve queries and complaints via email

  • Keeping details and accurate records of all correspondence with customers

  • Update and maintain key customer information

  • Assisting with the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports

  • Learn about products and keeping up to date with changes

  • Adhering to customer service procedures
