Every weekend from 5th Feb - 27th Feb with the potential for further opportunities for excellent workers.

We have customer service opportunities at Exeter St Davids Station taking place on the 5th Feb - 27th Feb. As the first or last point of contact on a customer's journey, you'll be assisting the customers in the station with queries and offering assistance as when required at Exeter St Davids Station. During this period there is an ongoing blockade which our client will provide further information on when you have your induction on your first day.

You would be providing this information to members of the general public to ensure they understand where to go during their journey, help them in and around the station and providing excellent customer care!

You will be involved in....

  • Meeting and greeting our customers as they enter and leave our station

  • Supporting customers needing assistance

  • Ensuring the safety of the station environment

  • Providing a friendly and personable service

Please note a zero-alcohol tolerance is to be adhered to working on the railway and candidates cannot turn up under the influence of alcohol.
