Exciting opportunity to join a successful UK insurance company in their Customer service team.

Permanent position

Monday to Friday

23,000- 25,000

Hybrid working available

Main duties of the role:

  • To manage the customer service team to achieve Kpis and Target

  • Manage customer service team to provide excellent customer service

  • Manage team performance, via PDRs, holidays and sickness.

  • Report back to higher management on team activity
