Adecco are proud to be working with our client based in Faversham who have an opportunity to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your main duties will be:

  • Day to day leadership and management of the customer service team

  • Liaise with other internal departments to ensure that high standard services are achieved

  • Oversee the team to resolve any errors, failed orders, rolled orders and escalate when required

  • Offer training and support to your team on a daily basis, ensuring the whole team are working together to achieve one goal

  • Ensure the team all all working towards to same objectives and all team members are aware of the priorities

We are keen to speak to candidates who:

  • Have previous experience working in a call centre/office environment as a team leader

  • A candidate who is confident to attend management meetings to represent the customer service team

  • Produce regular reports in a variety of formats

  • A candidate who is confident in guiding their team

  • A team leader who will ensure the team meets the company Service Level Agreements, policies and procedures

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm, 37.5 hours per week. The office is open between 7am and 6pm therefore flexibility would be ideal during busy periods.
