We are working with a well-established company to recruit representatives to join their dynamic team.



Customer Services Team Leader



The hours are 37 hours per week between the hours of 13:00am - 10:00pm Monday to Friday.


Salary - £30-£33k



The role is based in an open plan office environment with a fun-loving atmosphere in the Medway area with free parking on site.

Duties/Responsibilities:




  • Ensuring tasks and Oversees and performs clerical and support services are completed in a timely and effective manner.

  • Responsible for planning and tracking

  • Tracking orders and deliveries

  • Support staff and daily tasks when needed

  • Ability to multi- task with attention to detail

  • Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries.

  • Resolve complaints and record incidents from Customer and Clients in a time manner and reported on the management system

  • Support the global sales team and accounts team

  • Perform feedback and support to the team.



Required Skills/Abilities:



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organised

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Proven record of working to deadlines

  • Experience as a Logistics Administrator and supply chain management.

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

  • Ability to work in a fast pace working environment

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
