We are looking for a Customer Service Advisers initially for 4 months.

Hours are between 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday. However hours are generally 8am to 6pm with alternate Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Advisor:

To provide first class customer relationship support, with a focus on quick response times to calls and general enquiries. This role provides a high level of customer assistance.

Due to the fast-paced nature of the business this role can be demanding during peak periods & requires a high attention to detail. Ability to work under own initiative and experience of working in a shared mailbox environment would be advantageous, along with a flexible and positive work ethic.

The Ideal Customer Service Advisor will be:

  • A good communicator at all levels

  • Professional and an excellent team worker

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

  • Have a good working knowledge of MS Office

  • Adaptable and resilient

Duties to include -

  • Taking customer orders

  • Dealing with queries and complaints both on the phone and on email.

  • Responding to email's in a timely manner

Additional Requirements - Customer Service Advisor:

  • Experience in a similar position with an excellent telephone manner is essential
