Our client based in Leeds is looking for a customer service and administrator. The role will involve dealing with enquires over the telephone, inputting information onto a computer system, inputting requests, taking incoming calls and dealing with computer inbox communications.

The successful candidate will be good at relationship building and have good rapport and a good telephone manner. If you are good at dealing with pressure in a calm and collective manner and have good questioning techniques with a level of empathy, then we would like to hear from you.

This is a temporary position based on the outskirts of Leeds with easy access to motorways and the client is paying £9 per hour and is shift work over three possible shift patterns of 6am- 2pm, 10am -6pm and 2pm-10pm.
