My client is looking to welcome several Customer Services Advisers to their busy, fun and fast paced office.

You will have the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills while employing a firm but fair approach towards customers, ensuring you comply with company procedures. You will provide a prompt, efficient, professional service at all times which assists your colleagues, ensuring team targets and company objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage outstanding issues.

* Contact customers by way of telephone, letter, email to aid the implement repayment schedule and terms.

* Negotiating affordable repayment plans through effective use of an Income & Expenditure

* Collecting overdue County Court orders as quickly and efficiently as possible whilst maintaining and adhering to guidelines, company policies and procedures

* Enforce unresolved issues by enforcement action set out by the courts

* Handling incoming phone calls by customers, courts and 3rd parties to assist their queries

* Correctly identify vulnerable customer groups and ensure the correct outcome for the customer

* Build strong relationships across the departments within the company

* Take responsibility for risk and compliance within your role.
