Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, a Customer Services Advisor to join a successful and growing organisation based in Bamber Bridge.

Type: Permanent / Full Time

Salary: £22.500 per annum

Purpose of the job:

To support the Company's selling effort in the marketplace:

  • Responsible for the order management process for assigned area(s) and Business Area Managers, ensuring that all orders and enquiries are processed effectively, accurately and owned/managed from start to finish

  • Communicate with all relevant Customers and suppliers to ensure Customer satisfaction and the Customer experience is maximized for each order

  • Maximise the company's revenue and stocks by ensuring product up sell, switch sell and allocation management
