We are currently recruiting for a candidate to join the Customer Service Team for our client located in the Stanton area. This role will be as a Customer Services Order Processor.

The core day to day tasks involved In the Order Processing Team will be to accurately process customers' orders, to review order information to meet service levels agreed with customers to ensure 100% accuracy and to transfer calls and forward emails to the relevant departments so that they are handled accordingly. The role will also require you to be able to conduct general office duties where required and report issues contained within works orders to the Quality Assurance Manager.

The successful candidate must be able to use a range of software packages with speed and accuracy, have awareness of individual customer requirements when processing works orders and must have excellent time management skills. Ideally the candidate will have experience of working towards targets and must be driven to achieving KPI's.

The position will working from the office and will pay a salary of £18,000, this is a great opportunity for a candidate that loves to solve problems and assist customers, looking to further their career.
