Our client is looking for a Temp to Perm Customer Services Representative to work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Ideally you will have worked in a customer environment taking calls and managing customer expectations.

You will be good with Excel and emails and be keen and enthusiastic.

You will be responsible for generating new business contacts and giving an initial overview to the company product and services using various social media platforms and ensuring the regular and systematic follow up of opportunities to maximise opportunities.

Good knowledge of customer support, with an emphasis on results driven environment proven experience within sales or telesales that includes generating and progressing proposals issued to secure business.

Ideally experience in a similar role in an industrial / engineering business. Basic understanding of contracts, quality clauses, T & C commonly used in business. CRM exposure is desirable, Salesforce (preferred)
