Working for a well established global organisation you will be working in a busy stock and customer service team in a permanent role.

You will enjoy working in a busy fast paced environment, have excellent customer service skills and be well organised.

Main aspects of the role will include:

  • Processing of orders via email and the phone

  • Dealing with queries from customers and dealing with them quickly and efficiently

  • Processing returned goods on the system and updating paperwork

  • Liaising internally to determine stock and other product queries

  • Dealing with logistical companies to include delivery dates, ETA's and any issues around deliveries

Experience Required for this role

  • You will have strong communication skills and have experience working in a similar role

  • Excellent administration experience

  • Well organised

  • Flexible work attitude and happy to get involved in other departments as and when required

  • Excellent attention to detail

In return you will work desirable hours Monday to Friday and enjoy a competitive salary of between £16'500-£18'000 depending on experience
