Are you an experienced Customer Support Administrator?

If so read on, Adecco are proud to be working with a well established Company who are seeking a Customer Support Administrator to join their expanding team.

Location: Rayleigh

Salary: Up to £23,000

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9am to 5.30pm

Duration of contract: 3 Month FTC (could be extended)


  • Create documentation for customer accounts

  • Assist Account Managers when required

  • Discuss customer needs over the phone and email

  • Book in meetings

  • Ensure customer orders are dispatched on time


  • Great customer service skills

  • Great administration skills

  • Computer literate
