Our respected client, an Engineering company based in Lincoln, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.


The role will involve delivering a high level of customer service to suppliers and customers across the UK and internationally. You will act as the first point of contact for all queries and will endeavour to resolve these in a timely manner.


Other duties will include:


-Processing orders
-Issuing order confirmations
-Processing quotes
-Updating the company system with information
-Dealing with complaints
-Raising invoices


The ideal candidate will:


-Have a background in an Administration role
-Have excellent attention to detail
-Have strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
-Be able to deal with people on all levels


This role is full time Monday to Friday 7:30-4pm. Free parking is available. Friendly working environment.
