Adecco Bristol are delighted to be recruiting for a full time Customer Service Adviser in South Bristol, with strong potential to go permanent.
An established and growing company, this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to build on their current skills in a busy and varied role.


Duties include:



  • First line support - dealing with technical issues

  • Liaising between departments and clients

  • Inputting information onto in house databases

  • General administrative duties



Individual:



  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Technically minded and IT literate

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Good written and verbal communication

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel

  • Good attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently as well as a large team.



Hours
37 per week Monday to Friday with a 30 min unpaid daily meal break
