Customer Support Advisor based in Newbury, working Monday - Friday and offering a starting salary of £19,000 with £1,000 salary uplift every 6 months

Duties include but not limited to:



  • Handling inbound and outbound calls

  • Liaising with providers

  • Assisting with sales team queries

  • Completing product investigations

  • Creating support tickets and follow up
