A long established client of ours has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Support Assistant to help with inbound calls into the busy Customer Service Department.

- Answering inbound calls from the Public and dealing with their query in a professional and efficient manner

For this position you will need to have worked within a Customer Support position previously and specifically dealt with Council Tax enquiries. Full training on in-house systems will be provided.

Start date Monday 15th February 2021

Full time hours - 37 a week

Working Hours Monday - Thursday 8:45am- 5:15pm and Friday 8:45am - 4:45pm with a 1 hr unpaid lunch break

Remote working - All IT Equipment will be provided

Temporary Position Minimum of a 10 week period potential to be extended
