Job Title: Customer Support Consultant.


Location: Chester.


Salary: £16500 p/a.


Hours: Full and part time available. 5 out of 7 days, shift patterns.


Our client is looking for enthusiastic customer service professionals, to join their expanding team. Our client is a holiday property company, working closely with property owners and holiday customers. The role will include communicating and liaising with customers and property owners daily, answering queries and questions. The role requires you to have a proactive approach to dealing with customers, as well as having a thorough knowledge of the business to guide customers and property owners. You will be required to support other areas of the business when needed, deliver outstanding customer service, work in a timely manner and work to enhance and maximise income per booking.
