Adecco Recruitment Warrington are supporting our client based in Birchwood Warrington who are looking for Customer Support Coordinator for a 12-month fixed term contract to start August / September. This will be working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm and will be paying a salary of £24,000 - £25,000 + discretionary company bonus on completion of contract.



The role;


You will be responsible for all incoming customer queries and support the customer and account managers with pricing information and processing of orders / refunds as directed. You will be a multitasker and have great attention to detail with ideal knowledge of SAP.



  • Responding to queries from Customers/Colleagues regarding price information

  • Directing queries and tasks to relevant departments

  • Request new account numbers from Accounts Dept to be sent so they can ensure orders are sent to the correct account

  • Create offers to add new or amend previous prices

  • Responsible for ensuring that there is a continuous flow of information between UK and Europe with regards to customer accounts

  • Completion of spreadsheets from customers in relation to all products used, list price of products, discounts, special prices and delivery charges

  • Dealing with customer telephone calls that have been diverted from Europe as they relate to matters other than inputting of orders

  • Investigating Invoice Queries

  • Raising credit requests for incorrectly charged products, getting them signed off, arranging for credits to be raised

  • Responsibility for all monthly consumable price condition renewals in SAP, providing pricing information/ monthly prices, updating prices with offers /or extending prices before they expire from the system

  • Send out proposals to customers for annual price increase upon request

  • Ordering external company products - Brochure and updating Purchase Order Spreadsheet

  • Customer Account List updated as & when

  • Cover for colleagues in the absence as and when required for Holiday periods

  • Carry out specific training as requested

  • Passing Proof of delivery requests to warehouse

  • Responsibility for franking and sending out own post

  • Sending out and processing refunds for customer


Knowledge and skills



  • Proficient skills in SAP

  • Proficient skills in Excel

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to converse with customers and colleagues
