We require a Customer / Technical Support Advisor for our clients customers for an initial 6 month permanent contract.

You'll be providing technical support to both customers and internal staff across the business. Due to the nature of the role you will need to have a 1st class telephone manner, be able to offer advice and direct remote connection and intervention where applicable.

Excellent communication skills are essential. As is the ability to handle queries in a professional, clear and concise manner.
