Customer Technical Support Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a technical/IT biased individual to join a technical support dept in their Tiverton offices.

Providing support to their customer base, you will be providing technical support to both customers and internal staff on the full product range.

The successful applicant will be providing first line technical support to customer over the phone, offering advice and direct remote connection and intervention and you will be troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues.

Applicants will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle queries in a polite and professional manner and have experience of dealing with high volume inbound calls.

Full product training will be given, all we require is the ability to maintain a technical and logical mind set, combined with an ability to learn quickly.
