We are currently recruiting for: Data Administrator

Working days: Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:30 & Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Location: Just outside of Wellingborough (you will be your own form of transport to get there)

Role Objective:

This newly created, fixed term position will provide vital support to all areas of the business by ensuring that accurate information is readily available to our customer engagement and operational teams, to aid reporting as well as to provide swift responses to client and delegate queries.

As Data Administrator you will have overall responsibility for collating and recording attendance and results as soon as possible after course completion, as well as ensuring that customer grant claims are processed accurately.

  • Ensuring data & reports are being delivered in line with internal KPIs and client SLAs

  • Assisting all departments with ad hoc duties, projects and reports as required

  • Consistently maintaining our innovative and professional approach to our client's needs and upholding our reputation as the UK's trusted training provider

  • Providing Internal and external telephone cover as and when necessary

  • Liaising with colleagues and suppliers to obtain missing attendance and course outcome data

  • Compiling reports for key clients and internal stakeholders

  • Reconciliation of customer grant claims; liaising with clients and suppliers where necessary to resolve discrepancies

  • Timely and accurate input of attendance data to bespoke database

  • Ensuring that customer satisfaction results in repeat and expansion business

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities

  • Have the ability to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels

  • Excellent customer service and people skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative

  • Ability to work flexibly

  • Possess a good understanding of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel)

  • Good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner

  • Strong time management and prioritisation

  • Positive, proactive and motivated

Holiday: 25 Days per annum, plus bank holidays (3 or 4 days to be saved for a shutdown at Christmas).
