We are looking for a Data Administrator to start around end November for 3 months. We are looking for an individual to provide Data Management Tasks

  • Collecting and collating data into various Google Sheets for dissemination and monitoring communications.

  • Assisting with drafting and collating website text, news reports etc and updating Google sites with relevant information

  • Managing online files and folders on Google

  • Tracking and checking finance spend

  • Liaising with key stakeholders to assist with various project tasks

  • Assisting with drafting reports and project plans

  • General administration including arranging meetings and events as needed


Educated to A level or equivalent

Completion of first degree in any discipline or equivalent and demonstrable experience


Administration experience gained in a busy office/team environment

Evidence of working effectively in a team

Experience of following standard procedures

Familiarity with database systems

Experience of working in a clinical/scientific environment


Familiarity with medical, scientific and/or research terminology

Awareness of the UK clinical research environment

Previous Clinical Research Network experience/knowledge

Excellent IT skills with experience of using Microsoft office suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with consistently professional approach

Impeccable attention to detail

Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritise work and to deliver results consistently to tight timelines

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of professionals and develop good working relationships with staff at all levels

Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a proactive approach to working in a dynamic and complex organisation

Ability to work independently and to show initiative

Reliability and an ability to manage confidential information in an appropriate manner

Friendly and polite telephone manner

Ability to be flexible and respond well to changing work priorities
