I am currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Diary Manager to join my client's vibrant team based in central London. My client is a partnership organisation bringing together national providers of healthcare services, clinical commissioning groups and leading universities across London. The Diary Manager performs a central function in any Directors office - providing a focal point for external enquiries and ensuring the Directors days run as smoothly as possible. The main element of the Diary Manager role is the efficient management of the day to day diaries. This involves working closely with Directors, Company Secretary, communications and our other office colleagues as well as liaising with a wide range of stakeholders within and outside of the organisation.

The duties will be:

- Support the Directors, the company secretariat and the wider team in the managing of the Directors diaries, effectively prioritising and organising internal and external meetings, visits, trips, conferences and events.

- Preparing relevant documentation for meetings, visits, trips, conferences and events.

- Preparing and planning for visits in consultation with Directors and any other stakeholders as appropriate as well as booking all travel and accommodation needed.

- Manage travel budgets around spend in line with Company policy.

- Provide general organisational support to keep the Director diaries running smoothly

- Acting as a professional, courteous point of contact for the Directors, providing clear and helpful advice to all enquiries about the Directors, working practices to help them in planning workload.

The Diary manager will have strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to build effective relationships with all stakeholders.
