We are recruiting for our amazing client who are a leading supplier of high quality and luxury products. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to cover maternity on a 15-month fixed term contract with the possiblity of going permanent.


You will build, maintain and maximise customer engagement through delivery of relevant online communications to target audiences.



Main Duties


* Plan and liaise with international on delivery of digital strategies in line with business aims


* Work alongside international digital team focusing on on-site SEO (content, meta-data, etc.) and off-site SEO (social media, link building, etc.)


* Support international digital team on web content management, ECM and DMS (Sitecore)


* Planning and executing monthly / yearly email strategy in line with business aims


* Develop email engagement programmes and strategy.


* Design and create, manage the scheduling, testing and deployment of email campaigns across all audience channels


* Manage email marketing systems (Click and Sitecore)


* Develop email campaign success criteria and reports and monitor


* Advise on improvements to email marketing


* Manage CRM administration


* Improve CRM data quality through usage of CRM review and bounce back


* Develop AdVantage portals and manage content for retail site


* Advise, plan and analyse PPC campaigns in partnership with our international digital team


* To provide in-depth analysis of digital activity using insight gained from Google Analytics and other monitoring tools, identify content opportunities including new digital channels and media to reach target audience


* Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge of trends, technologies, industry standards and best practices on an ongoing basis



Person Specification



* Knowledge of HTML coding


* Sound experience with CRM systems preferred e.g., Microsoft Dynamics


* Analytical | Photoshop | design software skills preferred


* Strong writing, presentation and interpersonal skills


* Creative, highly organised, flexible, and hands-on


* Comfortable with handling and manipulating data
