Digital Marketing Specialist



Salary: £30,000 + quarterly bonus + Up to 30% Annual Bonus Full time, permanent


Base in London



As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for the Marketing team and supporting the Digital Content Manager in briefing process and support the delivery of campaigns to meet exacting deadlines by managing each step in the workflow. You will ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting tight deadlines. You must have an outstanding attention to detail, be organised, have strong communication and time management skills as well as be comfortable in working within a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Supporting Digital Content Manager in delivering high quality creatives for in-app campaign, social media, Email Marketing and Website

  • Working with Marketing and Sales team in planning and executing digital campaigns

  • Overseeing digital marketing activity from beginning to end ensuring they meet the target objectives

  • Testing campaigns / email messages to trial new ideas for effectiveness

  • Reporting on campaign return on investment and making recommendations

  • Working to strict deadlines and KPI's as set by Head of Marketing

  • Evolution of social media content, landing page and email templates to drive more engagement

  • Support the communication and execution of campaigns with influencers, streamers and different marketing



Requirements:



  • Be enthusiastic about online games or video

  • Have a keen sense of aesthetic and follow marketing trends

  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to deliver to demanding deadlines

  • Responsible, good at teamwork, able to adapt to changes quickly, and motivated to continuously adjust and learn.
