Job description - Digital Skills Trainer (Remote) £28,000 - £30,000 Pro rata
An award-winning specialist digital marketing agency providing PPC and SEO services, including training, research, strategy, consulting and management who are looking to recruit a SEO & PPC Digital Skills Tutor / Trainer / Teacher on a Temporary Contract.
The role will be split in to three equally important areas of responsibility:
* Student Recruitment:
- Recruitment of 20 students for a 12-week course (there will be 15 on the course, so we are aiming for 20 to allow for attrition). The successful trainer will be given access to our mailing list, social media and a small advertising budget.
* Training Delivery:
- Provision of training Level 3 students with digital skills throughout the 12-weeks. Full course materials and content will be provide along with on-hand support during the training schedule. The trainer will be required to provided group and 1 to 1 session with the students.
* Employability Skills:
- The trainer must assist the students with employability skills for career hunting once the training sessions have been completed.
* Course Content will be supplied, however, there is opportunity to amend this accordingly if you wish.
* Someone will be on-hand to always assist you, however, we are looking for you to lead on the recruitment and delivery. With this said, all documentation, processes, administration, and support will be provided by the wider team.
* The trainer will be required to work 21 - 22 hours per week.
* There will be a total of 250 hours teaching time.
* The training sessions will be delivered fully remote.
Person Specification:
* GCSE Maths & English (B) Essential
* A-Level Qualifications or Equivalent Essential
* 1 Years minimum previous teaching experience Essential
* Experience in teaching adult learners Essential
* Hold a Teaching Qualification/Assessor/ IQA Qualification Essential
* Communication and presentation skills Essential
* Knowledge of IT systems Essential
* Ability, maturity and confidence to deal with a diverse range of people Essential
* Interest in digital marketing Desirable
