JOB INFORMATION



Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 (dependant on experience)


Days: Monday to Friday


Location: Harlesden

Job Purpose:



To manage, co-ordinate and support the Dispatch operation to ensure the efficient and effective processes (Internet/Trade & Sauce) and Packing Operations to meet or exceed the customers expectations.














Relationships and Authority:



· Reports to the Warehouse and Operations Manager.


· Supports the management of Health, Safety & Environmental compliance.


· Working relationships: Supply Chain Team & Warehousing.














Main Duties & Responsibilities:




Specifically:


· Manage Health, Safety & Environmental standards.


· Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health.


· Ensure that all Health/Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.


·


· Support Health & Safety investigations to find root cause and mitigate Business risk.


· Manage the Operations and Dispatch areas of the Business in a positive and engage the teams.


· Manage professional communication across all functions in the Business


· Role must support and Manage compliance to customer requirements and specifications


· Ensure we have achieving and exceeding customer expectations as one of our key values


· Monitor performance at short intervals to achieve set Performance KPI's


· Perform daily shift briefings on performance and key focus areas


· Manage the Induction and training of new staff


· Produce daily reports on Operations Performance to standard


· Manage daily work schedule and feedback if at risk


· Monitor accuracy of orders and quality of output


· Motivate and Coach team


· Maintain adequate consumable stock levels and Order as required


· Complete weekly and monthly stock checks and Support variance investigations.


· Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
