Role


Reporting to the Senior Document Controller, this role involves interaction with all departments across the company to manage the project information. This role will be based in our Head Office with regular visits to sites as and when required.



Responsibilities:



  • Management and responsibility for document control across a number of sites.

  • Assist with any DELTEK PIM issues raised by staff both in the office and on site.

  • Upload and download files of the latest construction information on the DLM

  • Distribute information (using DLM Issues) appropriately across team and project sites ensuring the latest revisions are on the system and in use

  • Maintain and regularly review every project's DMS and DLM.

  • Check organisations and contacts for duplicates on the system and make the necessary changes, merging etc.

  • Ensure appropriate storage of files on the system

  • Support the team in any other matters that arise

  • Controlling the drawings and correspondence between the project team and external parties, ensuring that the latest revisions are administered and distributed promptly

  • Assist in maintaining the document controls processes and ensure appropriate storage of hard and soft copy material


Full training in the use of Deltek PM will be given, but the successful candidate will need the following:



Skills:




  • Excellent IT Skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft office products.

  • Strong administration skills

  • Must be able to manage time and workload efficiently

  • Excellent English | written & spoken

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • A keen eye for detail with the ability to display a high level of accuracy
