Adecco Sheffield are delighted to be recruiting for our national client who are looking for three new Duty Managers for their new leisure and entertainment destination based in Barnsley.

Key Duties and Responsibilities include:


Duties and Responsibilities would include -



  • Help and assist in the daily operation of the site.

  • Supervise and guide the team to maximise revenue

  • Strive to constantly achieve operating standards.

  • Carry out stock takes within the site.

  • Ensure staff rotas are completed in advance and to the needs of the business.

  • Ensure all weekly/monthly paperwork is correct within site.

  • Weekly paperwork to be sent twice a week.

  • Banking's to be checked and banked

  • Respond to Health and Safety audits and to ensure that all points raised are responded to within 72 hours.

  • To ensure that all points raised on your site audits are actioned with 72 hours

  • To strive to achieve a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude

  • To assist in interviewing, recruitment and training.

  • To ensure all site orders are correct and the stock holding is to the needs of the business. That the correct suppliers are used for products

  • Maximise sales opportunities within site.

  • Meet specified targets as set by head office.

  • To lead by example, encourage all colleagues to participate and work together.

  • Have a working knowledge of all promotions within the Site

  • Highlight any perceived training needs for self to head office.

  • Attend and fully participate in all staff and management meetings

  • Respond to daily reports

  • Evaluate staff performance and give regular feedback

  • Present a professional and welcoming image always

  • To take personal accountability for the adherence to all company policies and procedures within the site

  • To ensure fair and reasonable treatment of all individuals in line with legislation and Company policy

This is a full time, permanent position on a fixed 4 week rolling rota which is given 52 weeks in advance
