Home based position with occasional travel to the office in Coventry


Our automotive client is looking for someone to execute eCommerce and Digital Sales across their brands. The successful candidate will have the ability to support the day-to-day operation and on-going evolutions of the brand eCommerce and offers websites in the UK working within the Tri-brand CMO organisation. The candidate will also assist with the BAU updates to Brand websites.



  • To be able to support all aspects of the eCommerce/ Offers content (including but not limited to the vehicle configurator, vehicle specification and pricing, imagery and videos, process/ legal and financial copy) in close coordination with the key internal and external stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Central Digital...)

  • To support the CEC in the use of the different Back Office tools in their order fulfilment or lead nurturing.

  • To be fully involved in all updates/ projects relating to the eCommerce platforms either with internal teams or the appointed web/digital agencies. To work to ensure these projects are planned, prioritised and delivered to required functionality and budget for example by assisting in specification, testing and implementation.

  • To work proactively with the wider CMO team to build seamless customer journeys across the entire digital ecosystem from showroom, Configurator through eCommerce/ Offers to drive online/ offline sales or lead generation.

  • To assist with content build on Brand sites

  • To understand the data flows relating to the eCommerce platforms from both a technical and user-journey perspective.

  • To understand and work towards the agreed KPIs for the digital funnel.

  • To review internal websites to identify any issues or improvement opportunities.

  • To review competitor's digital offerings to gain insight for benchmarking and best practice.

  • To use the tools available (e.g. Google Analytics/ Hotjar/ Sessioncam) to make informed decisions about how to prioritise work, e.g. which pages are more important than others? which journey is most typical?


Skills required:



  • High level of Digital knowledge is essential

  • A good level of Google Analytics is essential

  • Exceptional attention to detail is essential

  • Excellent communication and relationship managements skills are essential.

  • Experience of project management skills is desirable

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast moving environment

  • Understanding of Business Finance products and sales process an advantage

  • Excellent administration and organisational skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written

  • Strong team player

  • Highly enthusiastic, pro-active and results focused with excellent attention to detail

  • Passionate about the customer digital experience

  • Willing to go the extra mile to deliver projects on time
