We have an exciting temporary position to cover a maternity leave EA type role within the Nursing, Midwifery section. The role would initially be for 3 months with a possible extension. Ideally it would be great to appoint someone in the role mid January to start immediately. The EA will provide high quality personal and administrative assistance to senior members of the Faculty, including the Executive Dean. This will involve drafting correspondence on their behalf, diary management, initiating and coordinating small projects, and making recommendations and taking autonomous decisions when needed. The post holder will be further responsible for administrative support to a number of governance committees, which will involve planning agendas, collating papers, taking minutes, and internal and external liaison.

The post holder will contribute to the day-to-day delivery and administration of operational and business functions within the Faculty.
