We have an opportunity for a Temporary EA/Office Manager to work remotely or in office 1 day per week. You will be expected to work 4 days in the office near South Kensington, London for training/handover. Start 27th September for 2/3 months while they recruit permanently (if interested you could apply). Pay £18.60ph.

You will be Supporting the Director of Executive Education and the business development team, this position has a range of operational, project management and administrative responsibilities. This includes providing EA services to the Director and some of the Management Team, supporting key marketing and business development activities and managing and improving key office procedures.


  • Previous EA/PA Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high standard of written and spoken English to enable drafting / proofing of management papers, marketing materials, minutes and presentations. Excellent secretarial and administrative skills and proficient using MS Office PowerPoint, Word and Excel
