Hours of working : 9am-6pm ( Monday to Friday )

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and super organised candidate who is passionate about the Ecommerce Industry and the children's fashion world. You will be working closely with the General Manager and the rest of the team in all the different departments of the company giving you the opportunity of understanding about the whole management of an ecommerce site.


  • Processing online orders, credit checking and in-house dispatching, making sure all orders are shipped within our KPI deadlines and aligned with our brand standards.

  • Work with postal service providers to solve any issues regarding order transit.

  • Review and maintain orders through the order management system.

  • Assisting with efficient product exchanges and refunds.

  • Assisting online customers with order enquiries via email, telephone and Live chat, resolving any orders discrepancies.

  • Providing an impeccable level of customer service aligned with the tone of the brand.

  • Tracking consumer orders and providing tracking information to the consumer.

  • Advising customers on the product options available and fully engaging with customers regarding the brand both online, by phone and on social media.

  • Dealing with VIP clients, managing special made to orders requests.

  • Above all being an ambassador for the brand to present and promote our products.

  • Receiving new stock at the store making sure all items are counted with no discrepancies with Packing list and updated to the system.

  • Assist with our seasonal Photoshoot production in preparation of clothing required and others.

  • General assistance with other adhoc tasks when required.


  • Must show initiative - We are a small and busy team, therefore it is essential that staff can prioritise their own time and workload without the need to be micro-managed.

  • Strong IT literacy essential

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills

  • The ability to work calmly under pressure

  • Previous experience in the fashion sector advantageous

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

  • Ideally familiarity of the Shopify platform ( but not essential).

  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing

  • Hardworking, driven, motivated and focused

  • Interest in Retail and children clothing.

  • High attention to detail

  • Confident, outgoing and sociable ; a great team player

  • Computer literacy - Proficient in all Microsoft programs (excel, word)
