We are recruiting for our Higher Education client based in Central London. They are looking for a temporary Administrator for 6 weeks currently. This role is paying £14.79 and will be starting on the 18th October 2021. This role will be a mix of working from home and office based. You will need to use your own IT equipment for this post.

Main role duties:

  • Outlook for handling queries and providing information;

  • Scheduling with Doodle/Outlook;

  • Use of Excel for managing lists of information;

  • Organisational skills for scheduling staff/sessions

  • Experience with Moodle or web design skills a plus.

Previous experience of providing administrative or customer support in an office environment, ideally within Higher Education.
Experience of using Microsoft Word to produce formal documents.
Experience of using Microsoft Outlook for email communication and basic diary management.
