Job Title - Electric Scooter Mechanic
Location - Bradwell, Milton Keynes
Pay- £10.50 - £12.50
Hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (flexibility in working hours is required and some times you may be needed at weekends)

Role Overview:
Our client is a smart-mobility provider that offers cities an array of mobility products including e-assist bicycles and electric scooters.

Mechanics maintain their fleet of electric scooters. This role is ideal for mechanically-inclined operations professionals that want to broaden and build their career experiences in a highly flexible position. Teamwork is key, as mechanics work together to identify key parts of our product lines that can be improved and ensure the safe working condition of the clients fleet.

Must Haves



  • Comfortable with navigating and using smartphone apps

  • Ability to be very active - bend, stoop, and lift up to 35kg on a frequent basis

  • No certifications required but prior warehouse, construction, mechanical and handiwork experience is a must

  • Weekend Availability

  • Respond to various tasks as they are assigned

  • Willingness to learn, a great attitude and ability to work well with others



Nice to Have



  • Previous experience in the bike repair or manufacturing industry

  • Past experience with e-bike / Scooter maintenance or repair

  • An electrical engineering background


Responsibilities



  • Meet daily repair targets to keep the fleet functioning

  • Keep warehouse and workplace a clean and safe environment for all

  • Repair scooters to expected standards using official supplied parts
