Our client is a rapidly growing property maintenance company looking to expand their current team. They want someone who wants to grow with them, helping to develop and build the Electrical arm of the business.

What is the role?

Carry out electrical installations and repairs to the highest of standards. Electrical testing is a large part of our business and we need someone who is comfortable and experienced in this area

Provide callout response and emergency repairs.

To take a pro-active approach when dealing with customers ensuring that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management, as necessary. Being positive about additional works is a must.

You will need an understanding of current Health and Safety guidelines, safe contractor working and COVID-19 19 safe practice at all times. We also have our own high standard working policies that must be adhered to. Your safety and that of our customers is especially important to us

We need your administration to be actioned on time with a same day turnaround for electrical reports is required. We will issue you with a tablet to assist with this.

Required Experience:

  • NVQ or City & Guilds (Min Level 2, with post qualification experience)

  • Electrical testing qualifications able to carry out EIRC reports to the latest standard

  • CSCS Card

  • UK Driving Licence

  • Experience of small and large electrical installations

  • Competent with all diagnostics, maintenance and repairs

Desired Experience

  • Experience managing own workload
