We need your help to make this happen… we are recruiting for a number of exciting new positions including an Email Production Manager.

Working as part of the CX, Sales & Marketing team, and together with the wider NEP business, to:
* Develop and deliver a customer-focused multi-brand Energy business, in order to disrupt the UK market and drive substantial value and customer growth
* Build long term relationships with new and existing Consumer and Business customers, through experiences and interactions that they truly value More specifically:
* Design and build compelling email communications supporting the business strategy
* Develop communications to bring the brand to life for our customers, and deliver the brand and marketing objectives

Key Accountability

Manage the end-to-end design and build of responsive emails, including creative assets and html build.
▪ Perform campaign-specific quality assurance testing to validate functional and rendering performance.
▪ Demonstrate subject matter expertise on NEP's email templates, email channel best practice, process and principles, and channel capabilities.
▪ Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to email.
▪ Work with the Brand and Marketing team to ensure that all email communications are on brand
▪ Understand the performance of communications and use this data to drive continuous improvement in email design
Work with Campaign Developer to design A/B and multivariant tests to increase engagement across marketing channels
