Role: EMEA Go to Market Manager

Location: London

Duration: 9 months (start date asap)

Onsite Working Schedule: Monday and Friday from Home, Tue, Wed and Thu from the office

Applicable Bonus: Company Plan (Yearly)

Salary: 43K - 52K

Project Overview:

The Devices & Services Business Organisation team manages relationships with retailers and carriers globally. We are responsible for defining the consumer go to market strategy to maximise the adoption of our devices and services solutions including Phones, Mobility Solutions and more.

As the EMEA Go-to-Market Manager, you will focus primarily on the 6 main categories and work with the partnerships team to manage business performance, identify and build business cases for new opportunities and support with product launches and sustaining sales performance of the existing product portfolio.

For this role, you will collaborate closely with the Global Go-to-market team, Sales Operations, Nest Product team, Partnerships, Retail Marketing, Product Marketing, Channel Activation, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal building strong relationships, influencing decisions & using data to back-up rationale to bring a new generation of devices to market.


Identify and build business cases to help drive growth programs across EMEA

Manage any approved growth programs with the partnerships team to ensure optimal execution. Escalate and remedy any challenges along the way.

Work cross functionally to enable channel readiness for product launches and help manage end-of-life activities across all channels

Understand and interpret complex sales performance, competitive intelligence and market share data, identify key actionable drivers of growth and translate them into market or channel specific recommendations and initiatives for the business and product teams

Support business planning process and help the sales organisation plan for 2023

Leading ad hoc analysis projects to understand market trends, performance trends, or support the preparation of business reviews, to provide actionable insights to the



  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

  • Experience in building business cases and managing growth programs

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills

  • Self starter with ability to work independently and build trust and strong cross-functional relationships


  • Experience in strategy, consulting, business planning, Go-To-Market (consumer electronics) is a plus

  • Experience managing and influencing cross functional teams

  • Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work in a fast-changing environment, with an entrepreneurial approach

  • Comfortable briefing senior stakeholders on complex issues, in time sensitive situations

  • Demonstrable project management experience

  • A passion to make things happen, be creative in approach, use data to drive decisions
