Adecco UK are currently recruiting on behalf of one of their most prestigious clients for a Employee Relations Advisor.

Some details about the role:
Start date - ASAP
Duration - Temp-Perm
Hours: 8:30-5pm (some flexibility with this)
Location - Horsham- 2 days minimum in office, rest can WFH

Position Summary:
The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and maintaining trust between an organisation and its colleagues by leading on employee relations activities efficiently and professionally within the Company's HR Function.

Working in alignment with the Company policies and procedures, and applying best practice principles, the ER Advisor will help to make the HR Department a highly cost-effective, valued, and well-regarded resource for managers, employees, and associates alike.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
* Proven ER experience at advisor level and solid knowledge of HR processes and procedures
* Understanding and practical application of UK Employment legislative framework
* Minimum of CIPD level 5 qualified or equivalent experience
* Ability to navigate within a matrix structure, collaborating expertly with stakeholders and building engagement.
