An exciting opportunity to work on a national helpline providing specialist advice and support to employers so that they can effectively engage in apprenticeships.

Successful candidates will help employers and training providers engage in a positive relationship to provide suitable apprenticeship vacancies.

In order to provide personalised advice, responsibilities will include tailoring information to customers and their situations, monitoring developments relating to apprenticeships and raising awareness of support options available to small businesses and training providers. The role will include taking inbound calls and making outbound calls.

Extensive training will be provided to ensure you are in a position to develop plans, interventions, initiatives and delivery models which encourage demand for apprenticeships from employers in line with the Government's ambitions and priorities for the apprenticeship programme.

Training is conducted on site with a view to working from home after successful completion

The position is subject to DBS Check and further vetting processes as appropriate to fill our contractual and safeguarding procedures

Hours - Mon - Fri 8am - 6pm

Salary - £8.91 per hour
