Adecco are looking to recruit a permanent Engineering & Labour Support employee. The principal responsibility of the engineering function of the business is to achieve 100% product availability. As a site-based Engineering Labour Support assistant your primary role will be helping with the smooth running of our large service yard and storage warehouses, maintaining standards for cleanliness, health, safety and branding, assisting and supporting our Engineers to ensure our stock and kit is fully maintained and refurbished.

This role is a key enabling role that will allow our engineers to be the best they can be through effective yard and service labour support.

The role is vital for the businesses growth plans and is at the forefront of Engineering strategy. It will give the successful candidate insight into a variety of Engineering roles within the business and form the foundation of a long term career, if the ambition of the business is matched effectively by their drive and determination.

Day to Day

� Assist Engineers with refurbishment of transactional products within the CRS portfolio

� Helping with brand awareness and cleanliness of products, this will include cleaning and painting our products

� Supporting in maintaining and looking after a large warehouse and yard. This will include sweeping, tidying, moving stock, maintaining stock records.

� Supporting Engineers with required labour as an when requested

� Being on hand to move and store equipment and stock appropriately

� Assist Engineers with repair and servicing of stock within Customer Service Centre locations

� Promote teamwork between colleagues across the whole service team

� Ensure compliance with all systems, procedures and processes

� Represent the company and values of the business and portray a professional and business like image to all customers, potential customers and other people you meet in the course of your work.

� Be a key driver in serious about safety

� Available for out of hours work including the inclusion of on call rota when requested

� Carry out other tasks and duties as required

Andover HQ based
(working across large farm industrial estate)

Traditional working hours 08:00 - 17:00

Personal Protective Equipment supplied

Frequent and regular travel within the region

One hour break for lunch

25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

Pension: Employee 5% Employer 3%
