Adecco are recruiting for an Enrolment Conversion Officer to work for a prestigious private university based in Regents Park. This is a full time temporary role until January 2022 paying £14.30 - £15.80ph dependent on experience.



Role Purpose


Work with the Regional team and Marketing to convert applicants into enrolled students at the University. Develop relationships quickly with the students or their representatives to ensure they are supporting throughout the remainder of the admissions process. Work closely with the Regional Recruitment Officers and Admissions/ CAS Managers to ensure keep the pipeline smooth. Ensure that the student journey is excellent and distinguished from our competitors.



Duties include:



  • Work with your Regional Enrolment Manager to develop conversion campaigns tailored to the regions you support.

  • Complete a number of calls to offer holders and leads recording relevant actions completed.

  • Monitor all sources of applications and conversion rates providing detailed reports for the Regional Enrolment Manager. Note trends, issues with agents, highlighting any issues faced by students or agents.

  • Liaising with agents, schools or parents where required to help with the onboarding process and ensure all information provided is coherent and correct.

  • Able to work the front-end and back-end of the pipeline; converting leads into offers (when required) and offers to enrolments.

  • Establish contact and set up appropriate calls/ meetings with leads to identify their requirements and explore opportunities with those leads to match those requirements to programmes available at the University.

  • Promote the University experience and opportunities during any engagement with potential applicants to increase their levels of interest. Explain the services offered by the University including for example, payment plans.

  • When required identify and convert leads into potential applicants through effective questioning and closing techniques.

  • Update SITS with deposit payments and liaise with the Admissions & CAS Manager to start the CAS process.

  • Be the focal point of contact for the student after the point of offer to ensure a smooth student journey.

  • Contact applicants with conditional offers and provide the necessary assistance to help the applicants fulfil the requirements of their offers. Monitor contact on the relevant system ie CRM or SITS.

  • Follow up with potential applicants throughout the customer journey to ensure their questions are answered, progress to enrolment remains on track and applicant drop out is minimised.
