Adecco are delighted to support their client in a search for an Estates Administrator to join their existing team. The role would be well suited to someone with a background within estates or property and offers permanency.


The role is to provide a flexible and adaptable administrative support service to the Head of Estates and the wider Estates team as required.

The role:



  • Support effective communication between internal and external contacts including email, telephone and written enquiries/correspondence.



  • Undertake administrative duties with professionalism and adhere to confidentiality required at a senior level.



  • Facilitate the coordination of meetings incorporating travel and accommodation (as applicable), booking rooms and conference facilities.

  • General administration as required to support effective service provision and delivery.



  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power point, Excel, Access, etc. to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases, including the maintenance of specific M.I. systems;



  • Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information.



  • To provide administrative support to the Head of Estates and the wider Estates team and provide an effective support service to ensure administrative tasks across the Estates function are completed in an accurate and timely fashion.

  • Autonomously manage a high workload whilst prioritising actions and balancing ongoing tasks.

  • Preparation and dissemination of documentation and associated paperwork, required for internal and external meetings.

  • Undertake execution of duties in a timely manner to meet deadlines for meetings such as Programme Boards and Performance Clinics
