Supporting an event at the world re known Excel center showcasing business and meeting lots of faces

Varying daytime shifts @ £10.50 p/h just over 6 days - APPLY NOW

No experience needed, everything will be explained, just an interactive person with supportive attitude

  • Meet and Greet

  • Directional personnel

  • Scanning badges

  • Providing information

  • Assisting with registration inputting customers details and processing badges

  • Supporting with the self-registration - guiding visitor's that have pre-registered to the machines and distributing the printed badges

  • Managing the kiosks

  • Offering assistance and guidance

  • Crowd control and queue management

  • Checking tickets

  • Giving out literature

  • Manning the theatres; scanning badges, assisting with seating

  • During the show you will be asked to fulfil different duties - your flexibility is appreciated

  • Generally, assist the client/supervisor when required

  • Uniform: Smart black suit with crisp white shirt. Black tie and smart black shoes

  • Please ensure that you are well groomed with hair neatly styled
