The Events and Hospitality Executive will be a key role within the company's Commercial department, with the successful candidate being the company lead for organising and managing all events and hospitality.

Key Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing invitations and attendees for a busy calendar of company and hospitality events

  • Responsibility for all events and hospitality communications internally and with customers

  • Liaising with venues and event organisers to ensure successful delivery

  • Ensuring the company brand is displayed as necessary

  • A proactive and energetic presence at company events

  • Follow-up communication with attendees to analyse the success of each event

  • Support with general marketing tasks across the business

  • Occasional overnight stays may be required

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and will be tenacious and motivated to go the extra mile.

This is a full time permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm or 08:30am to 17:30pm - some flexibility on hours may be required due to the nature of the role
