Role - Learning Events Coordinator


Salary - £20,387 per annum


Location - Rotherham

The successful candidate will have a passion for people and have previous experience working within a support, mentoring or coaching role.



Key duties and responsibilities will include:



  • Develop, coordinate and promote activities

  • Monitor attendance and participation and feed the data back to management

  • Lead on the planning and organistion of activities to support other departments with their campaigns

  • Lead and co-ordinate enrichment delivery to ensure people have equal access to the activities and support that is offered

  • Supporting and encouraging people to voice their opinions on activities and improvements

  • To support in personal and professional development by delivering effective materials



Person specification:



  • Evidence of vast IT experience and knowledge, particularly with Microsoft Office packages

  • Motivated, organised and can work unsupervised on their own initiative and as part of a team

  • Ability to listen and process information

  • Ability to work in an organised and methodical manner

  • Pleasant and helpful approach at all times

  • Able to work with and respect, personal or sensitive information and work within the guidance of GDPR and Safeguarding

  • Work in a professional and confidential manner with a high degree of integrity and flexibility
