Location: London, Kings Cross


Duration: 12 months


Applicable Bonus: Company Plan (Yearly)


Salary: £53,000 - £64,000



Project Overview:


The Partner Experiences team runs high quality and high impact events and workshops for creators and partners across EMEA.


Overall Responsibilities:


The Experiences Producer will be responsible for managing the event calendar, and project-managing the event production of virtual and in-person experiences across EMEA with a team of coordinators and technical specialists.



  • Project manage execution of both online and in-person events for EMEA markets including, but not limited to: capacity planning, program execution, and impact measurement, working closely with third party event agencies.

  • Collaborate with Program Managers on reporting results and tracking budget per program

  • Anticipate and mitigate potential issues for execution of the programs.


Mandatory:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Solid experience in event or operations management

  • Project Management experience

  • Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities with the ability to develop creative and non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems

  • Knowledge of how to integrate digital content into an advanced, cutting edge event programming

  • Proven team player dedicated to collective success with the ability to develop and maintain highly collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to manage multiple events at various stages of development

  • Familiarity with design sprint methodology
